Patents of sleeved needle and heat actuated safe needle systems invented by Max Whisson and Dean Prestidge between 1999 and 2005 are now extensive.

All the technology is now clearly owned by the inventors and we can now offer rights for safe devices applicable to all parenteral technologies. No other safe parenteral system can provide such universal application. Of special importance is that automatically safe Luer needles offer an easy entry into this market not requiring any modification of standard syringe, IV line or blood collecting equipment or operator technique.
