Patent application PCT/AU01/01253 has passed prelimary examination and describes a very advanced concept in which exposure to body temperature automatically switches injection devices to the safe configuration. This concept will be readily applicable to a number of injection and blood taking systems.
The patent applications contain around 60 technical drawings detailing proposed embodiments of the invention. The drawings are generally to engineering design standard and can be easily translated into products.
